Description

WM Guitars is proud to present the Turkowiak Opus Virtuoso Grand Auditorium #695, a groundbreaking acoustic guitar that represents the pinnacle of modern luthiery. Handcrafted in Poland, this instrument is designed for discerning musicians who demand superior craftsmanship, innovative engineering, and exceptional tonal performance.

Unparalleled Innovation & Craftsmanship

This Opus Virtuoso model features several world-first innovations, including the S-Wave resonator top, which enhances resonance and responsiveness, and the A.R.S. (Acoustic Resonance System) back and sides, constructed from select tonewoods to maximize tonal depth and projection.

The double-top design, combining 1954 Cedar of Lebanon with Alpine Spruce from Tirol, delivers a perfectly balanced tonal spectrum with remarkable articulation. The Imbuya Burl back and sides, featuring stunning sapwood detailing, contribute to the guitar’s unique aesthetic and sonic richness.

Precision Engineering & Premium Materials

Turkowiak’s commitment to precision extends to every detail, including:

  • Acoustic Tubes inside the neck (European Patent EP 3340231), enhancing resonance and sustain, with natural Baltic Amber outlets.
  • Pinless African Ebony bridge with a proprietary drilled-hole design for improved string vibration transfer.
  • Sigmoidal side joint construction, a patented innovation for increased structural integrity and resonance.
  • Elevated African Ebony fingerboard with a compound radius (14" at the nut) for superior playability.
  • Double-action truss rod for precise neck adjustments.
  • Custom Turkowiak Gold ARTuners with a 1:18 gear ratio and engraved ebony buttons for smooth and precise tuning stability.

Ergonomic & Aesthetic Enhancements

Designed for comfort and playability, the Opus Virtuoso Grand Auditorium features:

  • A semi-cutaway body shape, providing easy access to higher frets.
  • Integrated arm bevel and rib bevel, ensuring an ergonomic playing experience.
  • Hand-polished, highly resonant varnish, developed using Turkowiak’s proprietary formula.
  • Baltic Amber rosette and inlays, adding a refined, natural aesthetic.
  • Hand-shaped nut and saddle made of polished natural mammoth bone, ensuring optimal string contact and sustain.

An Exclusive Instrument for Serious Players

The Turkowiak Opus Virtuoso Grand Auditorium is more than just a guitar—it is a meticulously engineered instrument designed for professionals, collectors, and musicians seeking the absolute best in acoustic performance. Every element, from its True Temperament nickel-silver frets to its Modern Open headstock with double Baltic Amber plates, has been carefully considered to deliver an unparalleled playing experience.
