Description
WM Guitars proudly presents the Turkowiak Opus Virtuoso OM #687, an exceptional Orchestra Model acoustic guitar that combines world-first innovations with masterful craftsmanship. Handcrafted in Poland, this instrument is built for musicians who demand superior tone, playability, and engineering excellence.
Innovative Design & Premium Tonewoods
This Opus Virtuoso OM model features cutting-edge technologies, including the S-Wave resonator top, which enhances resonance and response, and the A.R.S. (Acoustic Resonance System) back and sides, crafted from select tonewoods for superior tonal balance.
The double-top construction pairs old-growth Redwood with Alpine Spruce from Tirol, producing remarkable warmth, clarity, and dynamic range. The back and sides are crafted from California Black Walnut Burl, adding both a distinctive aesthetic and rich tonal depth.
Precision Craftsmanship & Exclusive Materials
Turkowiak’s relentless pursuit of perfection is evident in every component:
- Acoustic Tubes inside the neck (European Patent EP 3340231), enhancing resonance and sustain, with natural Baltic Amber outlets.
- Pinless African Ebony bridge with a proprietary drilled-hole design, maximizing string vibration transfer.
- Sigmoidal side joint construction, a patented innovation for increased structural integrity and resonance.
- Elevated African Ebony fingerboard with a compound radius (14" at the nut), providing a superior playing experience.
- Double-action truss rod, ensuring precision neck adjustments.
- Custom Turkowiak Gold ARTuners, featuring a 1:18 gear ratio, engraved ebony buttons, and flawless tuning stability.
Ergonomic & Aesthetic Enhancements
Designed for both comfort and aesthetic appeal, the Opus Virtuoso OM incorporates:
- A modern Orchestra Model body shape, offering exceptional tonal balance.
- Arm bevel, rib bevel, and palm bevel, integrated seamlessly into the body for enhanced ergonomics.
- Hand-polished, highly resonant varnish, formulated by Turkowiak for optimal acoustic performance.
